Before I get started, there are a few things I want to mention to everyone about setting up a car for each track. First of all, the more time you work on a setup, the better it will be. The top Crew chiefs in Nascar work an average of 70 hours a week not including testing, happyhours, and the actual race. So this setup guide is not going to make you fast in 10 minutes but will slowly bring your car to a competitive level. To make this setup guide work, run at least 10 laps per change to make sure the tire temps are up to normal before you decide what your car is doing. After you run at least 10 laps, now you must know what a push is, and what loose is.
